Redthreadz Clothing Co. does not accept returns for refunds or store credit. Exchanges are ONLY able to be made for an item if sizing is incorrect.
The valued customer will have 7 days from the receipt of their items to exchange for a correct fitting item. The garment must have tags still attached and no signs of wear, stains or alterations made to it.
The valued customer cannot return the item they have initially purchased for a different type of item; the item you return will be the item you receive.
Please include garment, copy of receipt and document what size you would like to exchange for on the receipt.
If the return is postmarked outside of the 7 days from purchase date, the return WILL NOT be accepted and the purchase will be forfeited.
Redthreadz Clothing Co. does not cover or reimburse for return shipping costs.
